About us
Hotel Faber has existed since 1932 and was established as a guest house by the grandfather of the current owner, Martin Faber. This guesthouse housed guests who were working in Zandvoort and still had no permanent housing. Since the 60s this guesthouse proceeded to become a hotel. The hotel is currently run by the 3rd and 4th generation Faber; Martin, Patricia and Nick.
Our welcoming family hotel is 5 minutes away from the beach, dunes and the train station. The race track is a 10-minute walk away. Haarlem and Amsterdam are approx. 10 and 30 min away by train.
We are open most of the year and have 32 rooms, two large halls and private parking. You can contact us for overnights, parties and meetings (this only in combination with overnight stays). A dinner in our hotel is only available for groups on request.
Paintings and collections
During 1970-1990s, the current owner at that time, Mr M. Faber Sr. (1927-1995) painted many distinctive paintings on the residents and buildings of Zandvoort as a hobby. He also collected trains, cars, mini bottles and the like.
Throughout the hotel you can find these paintings and collections.
